# Get Form Revisions

`GET` `/migros/forms/v1/form/{formId}/v`

Operation ID: `getFormRevisions`

This API will fetch all revisions for a specific form.

## Path parameters

- `formId` (string, required) - Form Id

## Header parameters

- `x-jwt-token` (string, optional)

## Responses
