# Get a Submission

`GET` `/migros/forms/v1/integration/{formPath}/submission/{submissionId}`

Operation ID: `getFormSubmissionByIdIntegration`

This will retrieve a single submission within a form.

## Path parameters

- `formPath` (string, required) - Form Alias
- `submissionId` (string, required) - Submission Id

## Header parameters

- `x-jwt-token` (string, optional)

## Responses

- `200` - Get a Submission
