# Get Specific Form Revision

`GET` `/migros/forms/v1/integration/form/{formId}/v/{revisionNumber}`

Operation ID: `getSpecificFormRevisionIntegration`

This API request will fetch the form JSON for a specific form revision.

## Path parameters

- `formId` (string, required) - Form Id
- `revisionNumber` (string, required) - Form revision number

## Header parameters

- `x-jwt-token` (string, optional)
